Our Deconstruction Program helps keep usable materials out of the landfill while supporting local families on their path to affordable homeownership.
Deconstruction is the systematic disassembly of a structure to preserve building materials for reuse and recycling rather than traditional demolition.
We work with homeowners, contractors, remodelers, and builders to keep projects on schedule while minimizing disruption throughout the process.
Salvaged materials are resold at the ReStore, with proceeds supporting our mission.
Our program is provided at no cost for qualifying projects, and eligible donations may offer tax advantages to the donor.

- Our team will inspect your property and assess project requirements and technical details
- We will evaluate eligibility and send a proposal within 2 to 3 business days
- Once paperwork is completed and signed, your project will be scheduled
