Marble Creek Land Rendering

What is Marble Creek?

Marble Creek is Habitat for Humanity Montgomery County, TX's new workforce housing development located in West Montgomery County. Plotted for over 200 homes on 81 acres of land donated by the Chimenti family, the Marble Creek neighborhood will incorporate walking trails, park sites, and nature areas in the mix of amenities. With land development in progress, home construction is anticipated to commence in Summer 2026. The Marble Creek project will allow Habitat to continue to offer its unique homeownership program, providing a hand-up, not a hand-out, to local homebuyers who are otherwise priced out of the traditional housing market. Qualified homebuyers who complete Habtiat's program are expected to start moving into their homes in early 2027.

Habitat for Humanity is self-funded and solely reliant on generous donations from our local community. Habitat's Marble Creek Capital Campaign Committee is raising over $11 million to fund the initial community development phase of the Marble Creek neighborhood. The land development includes site clearing, utilities, water systems, drainage and detention, and streets.
