- Your annual total income should be between 30-60% of the median income for Montgomery County
Habitat Partnership
- Attend at least one homeownership information meeting
- Contribute “sweat equity” to help build homes
- Complete financial counseling

- Lawn and Garden Care
- Fire and Home Safety
- Property Owner’s Association Membership
- Home Safety
- Construction Safety
Qualifications
- Your current housing is inadequate
- You have tried and are unable to obtain housing through conventional methods
- Issues with the present structure, water, electrical, heating system, or sewage services
- You live in overcrowded housing
- You must pass a criminal background check
