The Habitat MCTX home repair program combines licensed repair professionals, experienced volunteers, and your assistance to get the job done efficiently, professionally, and at a price the homeowner can afford. Homeowners with qualified incomes and projects may receive repairs at no cost.

Apply in 3 Easy Steps

We are currently not accepting new applications for the Home Repair Program. Applications will reopen by August 1, 2025.

Fill out the Home Repair Pre-Qualification Form online.
Complete a pre-application interview. A Habitat MCTX team member will contact all homeowners who fill out the Pre-Qualification Form in 5-7 business days to discuss the program.
Submit a completed Home Repair Application along with all required documents.
