Donation Guidelines

All appliances must be in working condition and less than 10 years old

• Range Tops (with all hardware)
• Dryer (gas or electric, electric cords should be attached)

• Ovens (wall or free standing, electrical cords should be attached)
• Microwave (please include any mounting hardware for above the stove microwaves)
• Water Heater (Electric or gas, no missing covers or parts)
• Refrigerators
• Sub-zero Refrigerator
• Vent/Range Hood
• Washing Machine (clothing, electrical cords should be attached)
• Trash Compactor
• Gas Range
• Electric Range
• Dishwashers (less than 8 years old)

All nails and screws must be removed prior to donation.

Cabinets must have all their doors and drawers attached to be acceptable for donation, no separate countertops

All Flooring donations must be minimum 300 square feet, free of nails and glue.

• Area Rugs (Clean, unstained, no pet hair/fur)

• Vinyl Tile – Vinyl Sheet, Laminate (Complete unopened boxes of prefinished wood and laminate flooring)

All furniture must be free of stains, rips, tears, pet hair and smells.
